RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fulfill all project management duties for production projects including project scheduling, purchase orders, coordination with superintendents, maintain job costs and overall project efficiency

• Schedule and coordinate all aspects of new jobs and existing jobs

• Coordinate proactively and effectively with customers and team at all times

• Communication with operations, superintendents, and customers is extremely important 

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of all material, equipment, and tools

• Ensure projects are running smoothly and on schedule; oversee safety and quality control

• Prepare and submit change orders

• Analyze completed projects to compare estimated costs to actual costs and determine reasons for discrepancies

• Review jobs after close-out to determine overall job performance

• Proactively work with executive team on improving/streamlining processes and workflows
