Size & System: 20,000 sq. ft. Schuller 4 GIG over 2 layers of insulation on a steel deck. 22,000 sq. ft. Carlisle 18" AP metal roof over 2 plies of #15 felt over a wood deck.
Comments:The built-up roof is in the center of the building. It is hidden from view by a 6' high wall where the metal roof begins it's downward slope. This site is still under construction and we've had to be particularly meticulous due to all the different roof levels, domers, valleys and walls.
