A third generation roofing contractor, Rick Birkman is president & CEO of Texas Roofing Company and began operations in Austin in June of 1995. He has been involved in commercial roofing for over 20 years and in the Central Texas area for over fifteen years. He is also active in the industry on a local and statewide level as the president of the Roofing Contractor's Association of Texas. Additionally he is a past board member of the American Subcontractor's Association of Texas and a member of the Contractor's Roundtable. Furthermore, Rick is a certified commercial & residential roofing contractor as tested and certified by the Roofing Contractor Association of Texas-Certificate #25.
